Babolat Grommet 2026 PA/PA+ Gen 9 Black/Fluo Yellow

Babolat Grommet - Pure Aero / Pure Aero + Gen 9 (2026) - Black/Fluo Yellow (900268)

This is the replacement grommet (bumper/headguard) set for the Babolat Pure Aero and Pure Aero + Gen 9 2026 racquets in Black/Fluo Yellow. Babolat part number 900268. Swapping worn, cracked, or missing grommets for a fresh set extends string life, preserves the frame's factory specifications, and keeps the racquet performing like new.

Frame-Specific Grommet Replacement - Manufactured to match the specific hole pattern, diameter, and channel geometry of the 2026 Babolat Pure Aero and Pure Aero + (Gen 9) frames. The bumper, head guard, and side grommet strips seat correctly in the frame's channels.

String Protection and Longevity - Intact grommets protect strings from the sharp internal edge of the frame's string holes. Fresh grommets reduce friction at every string/frame contact point, extending string life and maintaining consistent string bed response.

FSI Spin System Preservation - For Babolat racquets equipped with FSI Spin grommet technology — including the Pure Aero family — these replacement sets restore the elongated, oblong grommet holes that allow greater string movement and snapback for enhanced spin.

Professional Racquet Maintenance Timing - Grommets typically last through multiple string jobs before replacement becomes necessary. Installing fresh grommets during a restring is the ideal time, as the string bed is already out and the strips can be seated without fighting string tension.
